Summer Workout Information

To be eligible for summer workouts and conditioning, students must be registered with a sports physical dated after 4/1/26. Click here to register your student. Please check with your coach for dead weeks and other days off. Visit our coaches and staff page here for contact information. 

Volleyball: The first open gym is May 27th 4:00-6:00 p.m. Email Head Coach Sue Dillion for the full list of summer events. Sue@lakemurrayvolleyball.com

Cross Country: Summer Conditioning begins June 1 and will continue weekly Monday-Thursday 7:30-9:00 a.m. and Fridays 7:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
